HeARTS is an arts initiative supported by Louisville Metro Government that will provide arts programs in community centers and public places across the city. HeARTS is an investment in art as a powerful and transformational tool for healing, building trust, and community cohesion.

Community Event Mini-Grants support the implementation of short-term or one-time innovative and creative events that engage communities within specific neighborhoods of Greater Louisville. This grant program is part of the Arts in Neighborhoods initiative.
