Rondi Langdon and Kerri Cokeley stop for a quick photo during the campaign at Clark Memorial Hospital
Looking for some major league entertainment in our community? We’ve got it! It’s true: We may not have major league sports, but we do have major league Arts!
From Kentucky Opera’s Marriage of Figaro, to A Christmas Story at Actors Theatre and Hollidazzle at Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft – there is something for everyone to enjoy!
Each year our Arts host more than 1,000 local events, reaching more than 1.5 Million people! The thing about our community is that we don’t want to stop there. We want more, and we know that the arts in this community have a lot more to give.
Not only do we have major league Arts, but we have major league volunteers, too! One example is our friends at Clark Memorial Hospital! Rondi and Kerri run the employee campaign at Clark Memorial and work hard to give all the employees the opportunity to participate.
Hats off to Rondi and Kerri and all the employees at Clark Memorial Hospital for a job well done!
There are hundreds of volunteers just like Rondi and Kerri all over our region that are bringing the Arts to their friends and coworkers. If you would like to learn more about volunteering for Fund for the Arts at your workplace, contact Ashley Spurlock at (502) 582-0131.
Normally, we would say sit back, relax and enjoy the show. But we want you to stand up, get active and be a part of the performance. Because together, through the Arts, we create a great American city!
