PCC Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved communities in Louisville by fostering education, leadership, and holistic development. With a mission to unite urban communities through intergenerational collaboration, PCC Inc. addresses the unique needs of at-risk youth, low-income families, and military veterans, creating pathways to success and self-sufficiency.
The organization’s focus spans critical areas such as creative and performing arts, health and wellness, transitional housing, education, and economic empowerment. Through innovative programs like H.E.L.P. (Honoring, Education, Leadership & Purpose), PCC Inc. provides mentorship, leadership development, and educational resources for youth ages 5–18 and pre-college students. Additionally, PCC Inc. offers health and wellness workshops, supportive housing initiatives, and entrepreneurial training to enhance community stability and resilience.
