These are incredibly exciting times for our region and at the Fund for the Arts. We are well on our way to finding a new Arts leader for this community. Be it a local, regional, or national candidate, this much is clear – this is a model Arts Community and everyone wants to be a part of it! Speaking of everyone wanting to be a part of the action – thanks to you we nearly tripled this year’s Art-a-Thon (3 night telethon), bringing in more than $297,000 for the Arts! WOW!
You have to meet one of the most amazing father/daughter teams I’ve ever known. That’s right! Dave Calzi, Managing Partner of EY, and his daughter Maddie sang their way through this community and all the way to Nicaragua pursuing Maddie’s dream. Their story is unbelievable! Watch this talented duo in action and you too will be inspired. When you click the video below and watch Dave and Maddie’s ArtStory, Dave will reveal how he learned to play the guitar.
