Project Proposal Instructions

Please note that the online proposal form does not allow you to save your work. We recommend that you complete your responses in a Word document and then copy and paste them into the online form.

Cultural Providers (i.e., artists, cultural groups, organizations) may submit more than one project proposal for consideration in each funding cycle. An organization may have only one project selected to participate in each funding cycle.

Required Attachments:

All attachments must be emailed to with the subject line: ArtsMatch Attachments-[Cultural Provider Name]


  1. Organization logo or photo that represents your work. Please note that all images must be owned by your organization. Any penalties incurred for use of unauthorized images will be the responsibility of the grantee.
  2. Organization 501c3 IRS Designation Letter, if applicable.
  3. Project Budget, including itemized detail of all projected expenses and income for the project.
  4. Letter of support from each Cultural Provider or organization you will collaborate with to complete this project, if applicable.

In order for the project to be considered, all proposal attachments must be submitted as described above by the proposal deadline.
