The 2012 James S. Welch Sr. Arts Leadership Award, sponsored by Stoll Keenon Ogden PLLC, was presented by the Fund for the Arts this month at the opening of the Louisville Ballet’s Brown-Forman Nutcracker.  This year’s recipient exemplifies quiet unwavering leadership in our community. Join me in congratulating Todd Lowe, founder of Parthenon International for the sustainable impact his leadership has made on the arts.  Todd truly is a servant leader.
