How to Cultural Pass

Who Can Use the Cultural Pass?

  • Participants must have or be eligible for a card from a participating library
  • Passholders ages 0–21 can use the Cultural Pass to receive free admission to one event hosted by each participating Partner.
    • Guardians are NOT limited to one admission per Partner if accompanying different Passholders within their Family Profile.
  • The Pass is linked to a Family Profile, which includes the names of each Passholder and guardian(s) in the family.
  • Passholders under 18 years old may bring a guardian who also receives free admission.
  • Free guardian admissions are limited as follows:
    • 1 Passholder = 1 free guardian
    • 2+ Passholders = maximum of 2 free guardians per family
  • Cultural Pass is intended for individual and family use only and is not intended for clubs, group outings, or similar events.

Additional Information

    • A digital or printed QR code from the Family Profile is scanned at each event check-in.
    • Partners may host multiple events at various venues across the region.
    • The Pass covers admission to one Cultural Pass event per Partner; special exhibits and concessions are not included unless stated otherwise.
    • Venues reserve the right to deny entry if rules or specific venue restrictions are not followed.
