The Visioning/Strategic Planning Committee met on Monday, April 18th to organize and begin the first portion of a two-part process. First, this committee will be focusing on the vision of Fund for the Arts starting by researching other cities around the country to create benchmarks. The committee will use this information as well as the input of community representatives to enhance the vision and mission of the organization. This will then lead into the strategic planning process. Fund for the Arts is excited to be involved in this transformational phase!
