This week we spotlight the Kentucky Shakespeare project to introduce Leatherwood Elem. School to the works of Shakespeare, as only KY-Shakes can do!
Leatherwood Elem. School is located South Eastern Kentucky, the closest city is Hazard. This small rural school hosts 219 students in Pre-K through 8th grade.
When people ask us why we launched power2give.org state wide you merely have to look at this project posting to see how important it is to connect arts organizations all across the state. We are all in this together! So join with us in bringing the arts to Leatherwood Elementary school!
And remember every single dollar you donate is matched by the Kentucky Arts Council! To make this project happen we only need to donate $270 of the remaining $540.
