Lifetime Achievement in the Arts Award: Ken Clay
This award recognizes an artist who has demonstrated lifetime achievement in the arts in Greater Louisville—Ken Clay. A proud native Louisvillian, Ken Clay’s contributions to Greater Louisville’s Arts and Culture Community cannot be understated. He has founded and/or served as president of various community arts organizations (Ken Clay & Associates, Legacies Unlimited Inc., Renaissance Development Corporation), is the former Vice-President of Programming for the Kentucky Center for the Arts (Midnite Ramble Series, ArtReach, JazzCabaret) co-authored the award-winning “Two Centuries of Black Louisville… A Photographic History,” served as Entertainment Producer for WorldFest, and annually presents “Celebrating the Legacy of Black Louisville” at the KCAAH… the list goes on!
