Ann Sturdevant, CFAC Teacher presents Food for Thought

About Ann Sturdevant:

Ann Sturdevant has been teaching art for over 20 years. She is currently a Children’s Fine Art Classes (CFAC) teacher as well as the Art Instructor for Hite Elementary School. She has also taught countless children’s summer art programs throughout the years including Walden, Collegiate, First Kids, and Southern Indiana Libraries in conjunction with their children’s summer reading program. Ann has a BS from the University of Cincinnati and has also studied art at Bellarmine University. She studied and received certification to teach AP Art from Western University. Ann’s personal art work includes oil pastel, painting, mixed media collage and hand build ceramic sculpture. See more of her work at her website.

The Food for Thought lecture and luncheon series brings an insider’s view to visual art to the community. Local artists are invited to present their inspirations and process, and showcase individual work. This popular program takes place on the second Tuesday of each month in the Charlotte Price Gallery, and includes lunch by Cafe Fraiche.

Tickets: $20 for LVAA members / $30 for non-members
Seating is limited, reservations required by Noon on Monday, June 13.
