eCampaign Form

  • Please share the following information:

  • If different from Contact above, FFTA will default to Contact Name above unless otherwise directed.
  • Max. file size: 50 MB.
    • First Name • Last Name • Employee’s email address • Password: unique identifier for employee that doesn’t change year after year, i.e. employee ID or 4 digit bday in format MMDD • If you need your employees sorted by location or department, please label sort location on that cell • Employee’s home address (Optional for an acknowledgement letter and tax receipt) • More information may be needed depending on options and features you choose to personalize your company’s eCampaign

  • What days/dates/times to send emails?

    Many campaigns send out eCampaign emails M/W/F or T/H at the same time.

  • Workplace Campaign introduction email: Will you or your CEO send out an email to the staff before the campaign?

    Many of these emails list goals, timeline (events, highlight giving days), and why your company decides to participate and give back to the community through Fund for the Arts. Please see the online toolkit for an introduction email sample.

  • To make sure your company’s server will accept emails via our eCampaign system, Fund for the Arts will send out a test email.

    At the end of the campaign, FTTA staff provides a list of last year’s donors to Workplace Campaign Chair for comparison with the current donor list. Last year’s donors who did not enter a pledge this campaign are added to the current list at the previous gift amount. Any donor can opt out of Continuous Giving by going to the eCampaign and choosing not to give (use wording on the site) for the current year.
