SUMMARY:Louisville Youth Choir
DESCRIPTION:Experience choral music presented by Louisville’s only traditional\, adult soprano and alto choir ensemble\, Lascito Coro (Legacy Choir). This choir began as a collaboration of alumni of Sacred Heart Academy (SHA) and the Louisville Youth Choir (LYC) and is now open to all adult soprano and alto singers in the region. The choir performs a summer season annually that includes the classics to the pops. Any dollars generated by this choir’s performances are used as scholarships to support youth participation in LYC because at LYC\, no youth singer is ever turned away for inability to pay for services. \nJuly 14\, 3 pm at Ursuline Mother house Chapel \nJuly 21\, 3 pm at St Francis Xavier Catholic Church \nJuly 28\, 3 pm at Basilica of Saint Joseph Proto-Cathedral \nAge Range: 4 & Up
