High School Advanced Painting Classes with Dennis Whitehouse

Middle School Ceramics Classes with Donna Burden
Clay Camp is a unique pottery program offering a total hands-on experience in a variety of ceramics techniques,
incorporating hand-building, throwing on the wheel, glazing, and firing. Classes are small and designed for individual
instruction.
Dates: July 23-30, 2012, 9am-12pm.
Monday, July 23- Thursday, July 26: construction

Elementary School Wearable Arts with Annette Cable
Five-day class designed for visually talented elementary school art students. Using Sculpey, scrap fabrics, illustration,
and many other materials, students will make their own jewelry, bags, beads, walking sticks and much more. A fun,
innovative class dedicated to expanding creativity and imagination of young students interested in art. Sudents will be
able to keep the work they create. On the last day of camp, students will even get to use their artwork onstage! They’ll
build short, dramatic scenes with drama instructor George Halitzka by creating characters and telling stories based on
the masks they create.
