“One of our students was a winner of the 2015 New Voices Contest – her play was produced by Actors Theatre by professional actors, and published as a result of the win. This is our third year in a row that one of our students has won. The rest of the students are virtually unanimous in their praise of the Actors Theatre playwriting program. Even when they criticize their own end product, or admit to not loving writing, they are full of appreciation for the process. They love that they created a whole play, that they had the opportunity to see their ideas come to life.”
